Heiress, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Route Companion. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our website or use the platform.
Information We Collect

• Account information such as your name, email address, and organization when an account is created for you on the platform
• Contact information such as your name, business name, email, and phone number when you submit an inquiry or request a demo
• Platform data including customer records, addresses, routes, service history, and reports synced from or created alongside your business management platform
• Usage and technical data such as pages visited, browser type, device information, and log data collected automatically
Your Customers' Data
Route Companion processes your business's customer records on your behalf to provide route planning, lookup, and reporting. Your business management platform remains the source of truth for that data; Companion syncs it, never sells it, and uses it only to operate the service for you. Customer addresses are geocoded through a mapping provider to place them on route maps.
Cookies and Local Storage
The platform uses browser storage to keep signed-in staff sessions active and to cache application data for offline use. Staff may optionally enable web push notifications; a push subscription is stored only when you opt in. The public marketing site does not use advertising trackers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Provide and operate the Route Companion platform
• Respond to inquiries and communicate with you
• Generate reports and deliver them to recipients you configure
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and platform
• Monitor platform performance and security
• Comply with legal obligations
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, mapping and geocoding, and email delivery services. These providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide their services and in accordance with applicable laws.
Data Retention
We retain personal information and platform data for as long as your business's deployment is active or as needed to provide services. Records removed in the platform are soft-deleted rather than destroyed immediately, preserving your operational history; after a deployment ends, data is retained for a limited period to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is encrypted in transit, and platform access requires authenticated, role-scoped accounts.
Your Rights

Children's Privacy
This platform is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
