Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Route Companion platform ("Platform"), website, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms govern use of the Platform and website. Deployment-specific terms, service agreements, and data processing agreements may be provided separately for your business's engagement.

These Terms apply to:

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for unauthorized purposes.

Your Content and Data

Your business retains ownership of its data on the Platform, including customer records, routes, and reports. Your business management platform remains the source of truth for synced records. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data as necessary to provide the service.

We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than operating the Platform on your behalf.

Platform Sync

Companion synchronizes data with your business management platform on your behalf and writes back only the fields your deployment is configured to manage. You are responsible for ensuring we are authorized to access your platform account for this purpose.

Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, branding, and documentation are the property of Heiress, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission. Your data remains yours as described above.

Service and Billing

Route Companion is provided as a managed service. Pricing, scope, and billing terms are agreed per deployment and provided at the time of engagement.

No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Heiress, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heiress, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
